We want to be seen as your partner and will take a consultative approach in determine which cleaning services you do (and don't) need, to draft a custom service proposal. Most of our offices provide additional services such as carpet cleaning, floor waxing and power washing, and can therefore provide you with a comprehensive service package. As with our residential services, all staff are thoroughly screened, background checked and professionally trained, so your janitorial cleaning service will always be truly worry-free. And we only use environmentally friendly cleaning products that are safe for all of your employees and various types of equipment.
NW Organic Cleaning is responsible for all cleaning products, tools, and equipment. Our customers are responsible for paper products (towels, toilet paper, etc.), trash bags, and hand soap. We can provide these products at discount prices as we get bulk wholesale pricing. If this option is chosen, we will monitor inventory, order, pick up and deliver, and stock the supplies. An invoice for these supplies will then be included with the next service invoice.
Floor care services are priced and billed separately from general cleaning. These services are highlighted by our outstanding carpet cleaning and vinyl composite tile (VCT) care.
Unless a person remains in the office or building to allow the cleaning crew access a key will need to be kept at our office. We take extreme measures to protect each key. We assign every customer key a security code and store it in a fireproof key safe. Crew leaders will be issued your key the day of your scheduled cleaning, and then return it to the safe by the end of the day. No identifying information is ever put on any key. Also for your safety, we do not return keys by mail. All keys will be returned in person, and only turned over to the contact person.
If you have an alarm system at your office or building and it is simple to operate, you will need to give instructions on its operation to the office. We do a complete background check on all of our crew members.
